This policy explains what information United Fish (“we”, “us”) collects when you use unitedfish.ae, order from us on WhatsApp or contact us, and how we use it. We only collect what we need to take and deliver your order and to run this website.

Information we collect

Orders on WhatsApp. When you send an order, we receive your WhatsApp name and number, the items in your order and the delivery address and time you give us.
Contact and quote forms. Your name, email address, phone number and message.
Comments. If you comment on an article, the name and email address you enter, your comment and your IP address, which help us block spam.
Usage data. Pages viewed, device and browser type and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics as described below.

Your order list is kept in your own browser (local storage) until you send it. It is not sent to us or stored on our server before you press the WhatsApp button.

How long we keep information

Form messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to answer you and follow up. Order details are kept as long as required for customer service and accounting. Spam and unapproved comments are deleted regularly.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it by law.
