These terms apply when you use unitedfish.ae or order fish and seafood from United Fish. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering

The order list you build on the website is sent to us as a WhatsApp message. It is a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed when we reply on WhatsApp with the items, the price and the delivery time, and you agree to them.

Fresh fish depends on the daily catch. If something you ordered is not available, we tell you before delivery and offer a replacement or remove it from the order.

Prices and weight

Prices on the website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and can change with the market. The price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay. Fish is sold by weight, so when a fish is weighed and prepared the final amount can differ slightly from the estimate; we tell you the final amount before delivery.

Cleaning removes the head, scales, gut or bones depending on the option you choose. Where a product shows an expected yield (for example “about 60% after cleaning”), that is an estimate, because every fish is different.

Product photos and descriptions

Photos show the type of fish. Size, colour and shape vary from fish to fish and season to season.

Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times are agreed on WhatsApp when we confirm your order. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and put it in the fridge or freezer straight away. If we cannot reach you at the agreed time, we will contact you to arrange another time.

Payment

You pay with the method we agree when confirming your order, for example cash or card on delivery or bank transfer. Business customers may agree separate payment terms with us.

Text, photos and design on this website belong to United Fish or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

Liability

We take care to deliver fresh, correctly prepared seafood. If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding the amount you paid for it, except where the law says otherwise.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
